Key Responsibilities
Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with efficiency and accuracy.
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Operate and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and technology.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients on plumbing issues and solutions.
Travel to job sites and complete assigned work orders promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of completed work using company-provided technology (tablet/smartphone).
Qualifications
Proven experience in plumbing (residential and commercial preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
No required licenses, but certifications are a plus (OSHA, Fall Protection, etc.).
Ongoing training and certifications (technical, safety, manufacturer, etc.)
