Mechanical Project Manager - Mechanical, commercial mechanical

We are one of Wisconsin's largest MEP contractors and we are seeking a PM with strong COMMERCIAL mechanical experience.

Project size - $1-20M

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, with expertise in commercial mechanical and HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to define project requirements and scope.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in mechanical engineering or HVAC projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and commercial mechanical applications.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
