Who We Want: Marshall seeks to hire an experienced Air Duct Cleaning technician. We are looking for someone who has HVAC knowledge and desires a career of continued learning, growing, and serving clients. This individual should have high energy, be creative, self-motivated and desires to better themselves at a personal and professional level. We seek someone who enjoys being a part of a team and wants to make a difference.
Qualifications / Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Must have a clean, valid driver's license with no points in the past 3 years.
• 21 years of age or older
• High degree of attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation to work
• High level of professionalism
• High capacity, self-motivated, driven individual
• Skill of math (basic adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing – know how to figure square footage)
• Ability to lift 50lb and be in good health
• Comfortable climbing ladders, in attics and crawl spaces, or being on roofs (not afraid of heights)
• HVAC knowledge and good understanding of Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning (1-2 years’ experience preferred)
• Run a route each day serving different clients
• Professional appearance and communication with clients
• Ability to listen, problem solve and implement various plans to accomplish tasks
• Comfort to speak with clients and share with them about their service and other services available
• Available to work year-round (all weather conditions)
• Communicate well with team members and clients

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday and 1 Saturday Monthly (8-hour shift)

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

• AEROSEAL Certification (Must obtain within 12 months of employment)
