Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC, appliance repair, and equipment maintenance. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients' environments are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks while also addressing any necessary repairs or maintenance related to HVAC systems and appliances.
Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliances and equipment as needed.
• Build rapport with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify potential problems in equipment operation and recommend solutions.
• Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and repair tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in HVAC/R systems, appliance repair, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various equipment issues.
• Leadership skills with the capability to guide junior staff or new hires when necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
