Homestead Comfort. in Ellington, CT, is seeking HVAC Apprentices with at least one year of HVAC experience. Join our team and immediately start working toward your HVAC license by installing heating and air conditioning equipment. We offer apprenticeship openings and will teach you everything you need to know to advance your career and eventually operate your own company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in installing heating and cooling systems according to company standards
Gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced technicians
Follow instructions to ensure proper installation and safety compliance
Participate in ongoing training and licensing programs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
Required:
1-4 years of HVAC experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Insurable by company insurance carrier
Willingness to invest time in training and certification programs
Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Compliance with all company safety rules
Preferred:
Currently enrolled in or willing to enroll in a Connecticut HVAC apprentice program (S, D, or B license track)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Well-organized and capable of working independently
Professional phone etiquette
Energetic and motivated personality
