We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn the HVAC trade. We are looking to fill a part timeposition that will float between our HVAC Install teams and this role will be active from May-July. Summer is our peak season and the company is looking for an extra set of hands to help out.
Our floating install helper will be assisting with
Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes
Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
Deliveries to teams in the field
Qualifications
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record
High school diploma (or GED)
Strong decision-making abilities
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
Team player
Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older
Training
F.H. Furr will provide all the training required for this position

Paid weekly
