Overview:
Advantage Home Performance is seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. As an Insulator, you will be responsible for installing and replacing insulation materials to maintain temperature and conserve energy in various structures. Candidate must have a great work ethic, attitude and desire to learn.
Duties:

Run all aspects of residential insulation in retrofit applications

Install insulation

Apply insulation materials using appropriate tools and techniques

Remove and dispose of old insulation as needed

Be willing to learn HVAC install
Skills:

Insulation installation mastery is a must, some HVAC experience is preferred but we will train the right individual

Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in insulation work

Pay: $22.50 - $27.00 per hour
