Salary: $85K - $100K

Requirements: 2+ years of experience with construction projects - office buildings, retail projects, housing, commercial, educational, and institutional design / Experience in building design focused on HVAC or plumbing mechanical systems

Position Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing mechanical systems, including plumbing and HVAC, ensuring compliance with Title 24 regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing and HVAC systems for various projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with Title 24 and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct system evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineers to integrate mechanical systems into building designs.
• Prepare detailed technical documents, including calculations and specifications.
• Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and budgeting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the relevant state or region.
• 2+ years of experience with construction projects
• Proven experience in plumbing system design and HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of Title 24 regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
• Experience with EnergyPro and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
