Your Role as Service Department Manager

You’ll oversee and optimize our commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing service & installation operations. Your leadership will ensure efficiency, profitability, and top-notch customer satisfaction.

🔹 Lead & Develop a team of technicians, installers, dispatchers, and parts personnel

🔹 Manage Service Calls: Assign jobs based on skill set and location to maximize efficiency

🔹 Build Strong Client Relationships: Maintain high customer satisfaction and generate repeat business

🔹 Ensure Top-Quality Work: Oversee inspections, safety compliance, and best practices

🔹 Optimize Inventory & Costs: Keep operations efficient without cutting corners

🔹 Drive Business Success: Monitor budgets, job completion rates, and performance metrics

🔹 Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep the department competitive with the latest technologies

What We’re Looking For

✅ 6-8 years of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and/or plumbing service/installation experience

✅ 4-6 years in a leadership or management role (Service Manager, Supervisor, or similar)

✅ Proven ability to lead teams & manage multiple projects

✅ Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration & plumbing systems

✅ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

✅ Valid Texas Driver’s License & clean driving record

Preferred:

✔️ bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering

✔️ Deep knowledge of local building codes for HVAC & plumbing

✔️ Proficiency in business applications & service management software
