Important Requirements:
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
• All employees must pass a drug test as part of the hiring process.
• Company vehicle and cell phone will be provided for work-related use.
• Specialty tools such as recovery machines will be provided by the company.
• Employees must bring their own basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, drills, and other essential tools for HVAC work.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate HVAC service technicians on installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Oversee fieldwork for HVAC and hydronic heating systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical system issues using professional tools.
• Ensure proper installation of new HVAC and hydronic heating equipment, including running line sets, ductwork modifications, and system testing.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality of work and troubleshoot system inefficiencies.
• Provide training and mentorship to technicians on best practices, troubleshooting, and equipment handling.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and after-hours/weekend service calls as needed.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory management, and job documentation.
• Prepare job estimates and proposals for new installations, repairs, and maintenance contracts.
• Handle office tasks as needed, including scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and tracking service requests.
• Work closely with management to identify opportunities for sales and service improvements, with commission incentives available.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or Senior HVAC Technician with installation and repair expertise.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, including ability to plumb, run refrigerant lines, and troubleshoot HVAC and hydronic heating systems.
• EPA Certification for refrigerant handling is required.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience preparing job estimates and proposals.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide technicians and interact with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to on-site and office-related tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a drug test as part of the hiring process.
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and emergency service calls when required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
