Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential AC and heating systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and parts used.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Continuously develop technical skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AC diagnosis and repair (preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
