Affordable Fixes Heating Cooling Plumbing is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role who is eager to learn our processes and provide top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
Communicate with customers about their service needs and provide recommendations
Install new HVAC equipment as needed, following manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company and industry safety standards
Document all service calls, work performed, and parts used
Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
Qualifications
Experience in a similar HVAC service technician role (residential and/or commercial)
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques
EPA certification is a plus but not required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Preferred if you have your own basic hand tools - if not, the company will provide them
