Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC and plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Work cleanly and courteously in customers' homes, maintaining professionalism and educating customers on the best solutions without overselling
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and longevity
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to execute installations and repairs accurately
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Adhere to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- EPA Certification is required
- HVAC Journeyman license is a plus, but not required
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC and plumbing systems
- Experience working with light commercial plumbing and HVAC systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC and plumbing issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy equipment as needed.
- Strong customer service skills to educate and advise customers on necessary repairs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
