What You’ll Do

🔹 Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including [Residential and Commercial HVAC/R equipment]

🔹 Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

🔹 Ensure compliance with safety codes and industry regulations

🔹 Train and mentor junior technicians

🔹 Provide excellent customer service and support

🔹 Maintain detailed service reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2+years of hands-on HVAC experience (commercial & residential preferred)

✔️ EPA Certification (Universal)

✔️ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔️ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
