Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Tacoma, WA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing suitable HVAC and electrical service solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining knowledge of the latest products and services. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven Sales experience and ability to close deals
Experience in Sales Management and Team Training
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
