You will meet with homeowners to discuss options for new HVAC equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop strong relationships with prospects through networking and referrals
• Present a professional and knowledge expertise that positively reflects our company
• Work with team members to ensure project needs are met
• Meet required sales volume and sales margin quotas
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Requirements:
• Two years of sales experience
• Experienced in residential HVAC sales
• Ability to run a Manual J Heat Load calculation
• Proven track record for customer negotiations
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to provide strong sales presentation of features and benefits that fit customer needs
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license
• Service Titan experience a big plus!
