Martinelli Plumbing & Heating Inc. is looking for a driven and results-oriented HVAC & Plumbing Sales Representative to generate new business and expand our client base. This is a commission-based sales role with strong earning potential, ideal for a go-getter who thrives on cold calling, marketing, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door sales
Identify and pursue sales opportunities with property managers, management companies, apartment complexes, mini-malls, and commercial properties
Build and maintain a book of business, expanding our client base in residential and light commercial HVAC & plumbing services
Conduct on-site assessments and provide customized solutions for clients' HVAC & plumbing needs
Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Stay up to date on HVAC & plumbing products, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings
Qualifications & Skills
Sales experience required (HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry preferred)
Commission-driven mentality with a go-getter attitude
Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
Ability to sell any job and identify the best solutions for potential clients
Existing client base or book of business is a major plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently to bring in new business
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
