We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Residential HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Comfort Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing homeowners with customized heating, cooling and indoor air quality solutions that meet their needs and budget. You'll be the face of our company, building relationships with customers and guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing the perfect HVAC system for their homes. Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources.
  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to assess their HVAC needs and provide solutions.
  • Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate system sizing.
  • Present and explain various HVAC system options, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and contracts.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest HVAC technologies, products, and industry trends.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in residential HVAC sales (or related field).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust.
  • Proficiency in performing load calculations (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Strong closing skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
