In this role, the Service Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and identifying after-sales business opportunities for the brands we represent, providing technical-commercial advice in order to market solutions and services that guarantee the proper functioning of the equipment. Its main objective is to meet the sales stipulated for the current fiscal year in accordance with the guidelines established with its management and to maintain the highest level of satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities May Include
Meet the assigned sales quotas that help achieve the goals set for the current fiscal year.
Parts sales (applied, VRV, LC & RA) and service contracts
Monitoring and supervision with Caribe technicians General Repair Sales
Prepare quotes according to the requirements received.
Respond to customer queries related to their proposals and/or services.
Follow up on open opportunities in SalesForce.
Develop sales strategies with Management, develop sales tools that help bring business opportunities.
Identify business opportunities in the market for the sale of “retrofits”, “overhaul & preventive services”, general repairs, start-ups, training, maintenance contracts, spare parts sales, rental and sale of equipment.
Dimension the needs of the client and advise them with technical recommendations.
Maintain a close relationship with the client, making periodic visits to clients. Keep a record in SalesForce to schedule meetings and/or visits and look for business opportunities.
Conduct customer training if the situation requires it.
Respond to commercial requests for services and solutions sold.
Know the products and services that the company offers and adjust them to the needs of the market. Stay up to date with the products that the company offers.
Update your opportunities on SalesForce daily, keep a record of sales and/or service orders made.
Formalize the contracts for each project and/or service sold.
Monitor the portfolio and collection of projects and/or services sold.
Comply with all company procedures and policies.
Work as a team with other areas of the company (Sales, Services, Logistics, Share Services), so that the sales process flows effectively.
Work, together with the Service Manager, in solving problems related to customer satisfaction surveys.
Prepare the sales forecast weekly.
Knowledge And Skills
Extensive knowledge in maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC systems.
More than 2 years of experience in HVAC field service sales.
Knowledge and/or specialization in Commercial Management and/or Sales.
Knowledge in calculation and design in air conditioning systems, mechanical ventilation, dust filtration, heating
Knowledge in selection of electromechanical equipment
Salesforce experience
Bilingual English / Spanish
Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical area.
