Homestead Comfort is looking for experienced and dedicated HVAC Technicians to join our team. We are hiring for both service and installation roles. Our service technicians diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring customer comfort year-round. Our installation technicians work on a variety of systems, including ductless and high-efficiency boilers. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
Perform maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Install a variety of HVAC equipment, including ductless systems and high-efficiency boilers
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and recommendations made
Ensure all work complies with safety and industry standards
Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with new technologies
Maintain company vehicle and tools in good working condition
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience
Troubleshooting capabilities for residential heating and cooling systems
Valid driver's license and insurable under company policy
High school diploma or technical school equivalent
S, D, or B HVAC Journeyman's license (Required)
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or until jobs are completed)
