Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Support Technician to join our team for an onsite, 3rd shift role. The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems, excellent communication skills, and experience managing administrative tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide basic troubleshooting support for HVAC/MEP systems.
• Manage a high volume of calls in a command center setting, ensuring efficient communication and problem resolution.
• Maintain narrative logs and accurately track relevant information.
• Organize and document key details related to daily operations.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of HVAC/MEP systems.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
