Job Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Worker to assist with various tasks during the recovery period of a team member. This temporary position will last approximately 2 to 3 months, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates with maintenance experience to contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform basic HVAC maintenance tasks, such as checking filters, monitoring system performance, and ensuring proper operation.
• Assist with boiler maintenance, including monitoring pressure gauges, performing routine inspections, and reporting any issues for repair.
• Sweep sidewalks and use a blower to maintain clean and safe exterior areas around the property.
• Set up and arrange chairs and tables for events or daily operations as needed.
• Safely lift and distribute boxes using a hand truck.
Requirements:
• Experience with HVAC systems and boiler operations is strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
Start Date:
We are looking for candidates who can start immediately or by the end of the month.
