Salary Range : starting at $130k for qualified candidates
A Day In The Life
Start the day by checking in with the team to ensure that the Technicians are equipped with what is needed to complete their tasks, emphasizing safety protocols for each job
Spend several days a week as a “boots on the ground” leader and serve as a dynamic leader in the field
Guide a culture that demonstrates that safety is the top priority; teach and practice behaviors that show critical thinking in safety to prevent injuries
Visit job sites to inspect ongoing work, ensuring compliance and quality control with safety standards and customer requests
Lead a team of talented Service Technicians in a challenging, fast-paced service environment
Drive operational excellence and achieve goals through day-to-day management (i.e., reporting, inventory control, technical support, service coordination and scheduling processes)
Serve as a key support resource for the Administration team, Service Coordinators, and Sales team (ability to bridge the gap between the field and office teammates and customers as needed).
Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with current customers and work with both current and potential customers to qualify service needs; develop estimates that will grow our business in the region
Focus on development of the team, through exceptional coaching, teaching, and caring
What We Are Looking For
Accomplished in developing high performing service teams through coaching, motivating, recruiting, and performance management
Commercial HVACR service experience to provide support to Technicians for service issues
Industry related Service Manager or Service Supervisor experience
Skilled in developing commercial HVAC maintenance and service estimates
Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to provide innovative solutions
High energy level to handle a dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
