The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, EPA HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians in North & South Austin.
Job Responsibilities:
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications:
• A/C certification (HVAC, EPA, CFC) is required
• At least 6 months of onsite experience
• Valid I.D. Required
• Have reliable transportation
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
