Your New Role
- Assist with installing new HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, and equipment
- Learn on the job by following instructions from lead installers and asking questions
- Prepare worksites by organizing tools, equipment, and materials
- Help lift, carry, and position HVAC equipment and components
- Assist in assembly, installation, and connections per codes and specifications
- Keep work areas organized by maintaining truck and shop cleanliness
- Adhere to safety protocols for a secure worksite
- Take on additional tasks as directed by your supervisor

- 1+ years of residential HVAC installation experience (preferred)
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling (preferred)
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Professional conduct, including tasteful visible tattoos and no swearing
- Ability to deliver 5-star customer experiences
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
