HVAC Technical Support Position: As a key member of our team, you will provide technical product expertise to our outside sales and field partners. You will create and maintain consultative technical support relationships with new and existing clients. This position requires excellent technical knowledge and communication skills.
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $3,600.00 - $7,791.30 per month.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical product knowledge and product training to customers and internal associates
• Establish and foster strong vendor relations
• Collaborate with internal associates and external clients to provide technical product support
• Align technical support goals and maintenance of job performance against job expectations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of HVAC field experience and/or HVAC training experience
• Experience with Trane, American Standard, Mitsubishi, and/or Fujitsu strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency with computer and software programs, including all Microsoft Applications
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with people at multiple levels of internal and external organizations
