Job Responsibilities
This position involves running on-demand service and scheduled maintenance for residential homeowners. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and repair
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Communicating with customers about repair and replacement options
Requirements include a valid driver's license and insurable driving record, 2+ years of HVAC field service experience, EPA certification, impeccable customer service skills, willingness to invest in tools, and ability to follow written and verbal directions. Candidates must also pass a background check, drug test, and MVR upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
