Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman to lead our team of technicians in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with system installations, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure efficient installation of HVAC systems.
• Perform system start-ups and testing to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Interpret blueprints and technical manuals to ensure accurate installation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work site that meets code compliance and is completed on schedule.
• Act as the on-site liaison between management and customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
• Valid HVAC journeymans license (preferred).
• EPA 608 Universal and NATE Certifications (preferred).
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Proficiency in reading technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
