We offer competitive compensation, ranging from $60,000 to over $90,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure takes into account Alaska's cost of living and industry standards. As an HVAC Installer, you can expect to work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced service-oriented environment. Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly motivated, and willing to work overtime. A clean driving record is also a must.
The role involves working with the latest heating and air-conditioning technology, which we provide ongoing training for. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vacation pay, sick pay, six paid holidays, a retirement plan, and benefits for on-call technicians.
