Job Description: HVAC InstallerAt Wichita Heating and Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on providing top-quality heating and cooling solutions to our clients throughout Derby Kansas. As a result of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.As an HVAC Installer, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:- Install and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems- Perform minor electrical and plumbing work as needed- Follow specifications and blueprints to ensure installations are completed correctly- Coordinate with clients and other contractors as needed to ensure project success- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local building codes and safety standards- Maintain a clean and safe work environmentRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation (or a similar trade)- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationIf you are passionate about providing high-quality HVAC solutions to clients and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we want to hear from you.
