Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Post Falls, ID. As a senior-level technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems, supervising junior technicians, and maintaining accurate records of service calls and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including cleaning, calibrating, and adjusting systems
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing training on best practices and safety protocols
Requirements
• Valid driver's license and insurable record
• Universal EPA Certification
• 5+ years of experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to maintain organization
• Customer service skills
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $38-$48 per hour, depending on experience.
