We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team in Covington, LA. As an HVAC technician, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The typical schedule for this position is 5 days a week, 7:30 am-4:30 pm with an on-call rotation. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and cooling systems, selling the appropriate equipment and remedies, and providing excellent customer service.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000/year, plus commission once goals have been reached. Our benefits include health insurance, a company-provided vehicle, phone, and iPad, and the possibility of receiving a $5,000 sign-on bonus (if sales goals are met).
