Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC installation specialist to join our team at Smith Heating & Air. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $52,500 per year, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and a solid understanding of HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring all installations meet safety standards and company guidelines, troubleshooting and resolving HVAC issues as needed, and providing excellent customer service while working in clients' homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Work with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide personalized solutions.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
