Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $37,440 - $58,240, depending on your skills and experience. Our benefits package includes 100% paid medical and dental insurance, 401k retirement matching, profit sharing, monthly bonus opportunities, virtual reality HVAC training, and 2-3 weeks paid vacation.
In addition to these benefits, you will receive a competitive hourly wage of $16-$28/hour, depending on skills and experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days).
