Job Title: Commercial HVAC Maintenance Professional
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
Caniglia Heating & Cooling is a family-owned and operated business serving the Gretna, NE area for over 20 years. We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment, and installing new systems.
Responsibilities
• Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
• New System Installation: Install new HVAC systems for our customers, ensuring they meet their specific needs and requirements.
Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
• EPA Certification: Hold EPA certification and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Skills: Possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
