As an HVAC Field Leadership Position, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with dispatch and other field supervisors, as well as lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar leadership role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development. They will also be skilled in areas such as conflict resolution, communication, and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. A minimum of 5 years' experience working in the HVAC industry is required, with EPA certification and NATE certification preferred.
