Job Description

We are looking for an experienced in-house HVAC technician who can complete work orders efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience">
• Universal certifications">
• Boiler and chiller experience is a plus">
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills">
• Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus">
• Experience with older buildings is a plus">
• Must be organized and maintain a clean workspace">
• Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs">
• Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur">
• Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations">
• Must have the ability to work on and support a team, basic computer skills, effective time management skill, and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs">
