Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for the organization's associates and all branch functions.
• Manage a team with focus on customer growth, policy, and strategy implementation.
• Manage the overall operation of a branch location.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of sales and management experience.
• Ability to take the initiative and maintain a strong work ethic.
• HVAC industry experience and market knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with a start-up preferred.
