About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician - Leadership Role to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC technician ready to take on leadership responsibilities while ensuring every installation is carried out with precision and excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful and timely project completion.
• Installation Oversight: Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, ductwork, and ventilation systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex installation issues on-site, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for each installation, including detailed records of work performed and materials used.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers and clients, providing updates on progress, challenges, and completion status.
Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5+ years in HVAC installation, with lead or supervisory experience highly preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications (such as EPA 608) and a strong understanding of HVAC codes and standards.
• Skills: Advanced technical and troubleshooting abilities; skilled in using HVAC installation tools and equipment; experience in leading teams.
• Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting heavy equipment, working in confined spaces, and managing outdoor installations under varying conditions.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong communicator, proactive problem solver, reliable mentor, and capable of motivating a team to achieve project goals.
• Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
