Qualifications
• Two (2)+ years of residential HVAC installation/retrofitting experience, 1-3 years of commercial install experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certified Preferred
• CORE, TYPE II Minimum Requirements
• Completion of H.S./GED
• NATE Certified Preferred
• Completion of Trade/Vocational School Preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
• Installs air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems
• Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of residential HVAC systems
• Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck,
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
