Job Summary
The successful candidate will perform inspections, testing, repairs, and planned maintenance of HVAC Commercial systems. This role requires a strong understanding of complex commercial HVAC systems, including unitary skills, chiller expertise, and airside knowledge.
Responsibilities
• Service, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot more complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate work processes on large projects, performing disassembly and reassembly of large commercial equipment as needed.
• Complete service contracts, quoted projects, and demand service calls as directed.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, explaining work performed to their satisfaction.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a two-year technical degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with specific skills in unitary systems, chillers, and airside technologies.
An estimated salary for this position is between $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
