About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. You will also develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial mechanical installation, with proficiency in metal ductwork, setting, and finishing. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience
