Job Summary
Our company is seeking a seasoned Estimator to lead our commercial insulation division in San Francisco, CA.
This individual will be responsible for estimating costs for Mechanical Insulation projects, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities
• Estimate costs for construction projects and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $80,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or related field.
• OSHA Certification and local residency preferred.
