Our Service Dispatcher role requires:
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and Plumbing, including scheduling
• Ability to read architectural and mechanical drawings
• Purchase products and coordinate with field employees on job sites for delivery scheduling
• In-depth understanding of Codes and regulations associated with HVAC
• Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and Standards
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Problem-solving abilities to identify, address, and resolve job site issues
