Job Description: As a Lead Residential Heating and Cooling Technician at Work With Your Handz, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
Your primary responsibilities will include servicing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and ductless split systems. You will also be responsible for explaining complex technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner, as well as utilizing selling capabilities to effectively communicate the value of recommended products or services.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of operational functionality of residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also be able to mentor and train less-experienced technicians and participate in company-sponsored training classes to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
We offer a competitive salary of $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses. In addition, you will receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
