Job Summary:
The Executive Director of Products and Strategy will serve as a key member of the BASX leadership team, responsible for developing and executing the data center product strategy and deploying resources to drive innovation, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product or engineering management with at least 5 years in a product leadership role within the HVAC or related industries.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
