We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at HVAC Total FM Recruitment, serving the Staffordshire and West Midlands areas.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £47,000, plus a company car with personal use.
In this critical role, you'll be responsible for:
• Completing scheduled and reactive works within set deadlines
• Supporting other building services maintenance activities as required
• Verifying that all gas/heating equipment operates as expected
To excel in this position, you should have:
• COCN1 or CODNC1 certification
• CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1 qualifications
• C & G Level 2/3 Mechanical or Electrical training
• A valid UK driving license
• The ability to work collaboratively or independently
