We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the Commercial Service Area Manager role for our HVAC operations in New Orleans. As a key member of the Carrier Global Corporation team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive market growth in your assigned area. This leadership role requires a strong partnership with our sales organization and a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive market growth in your assigned area based on revenue and EBIT plans
• Partner with the sales organization to ensure the successful execution of sales commitments and work orders
• Accountable for overseeing the Commercial Service HVAC operations in New Orleans and ensuring they are executed within budget and timelines
A salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum is estimated for this role, commensurate with experience.
