Job Overview
We are hiring an HVAC Operations Manager to lead our project management team at Hobbs & Associates, LLC. This individual will oversee the coordination of submittals, equipment selection, pricing, and ship dates for assigned projects.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, contractors, project engineers, and manufacturers.
• Investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating with customers and coworkers as necessary.
• Reading, understanding, and interpreting building plans and specifications.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in account management and leadership roles.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
