Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Air Control Concepts in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility with customers
• Determine project needs and negotiate value to close sales
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Build relationships with customers and manufacturers
• Responsible for accounts receivable collection processes
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2+ years account management and/or sales experience
• HVAC industry experience required
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
